Do You Make These Costly Mistakes When Investing Property? Mistake # 1:
Believing that equity Means Money One of the most important things you need to remember - and something that some of those expensive seminar companies "conveniently forget" to tell you - is that equity is not money. Equity doesn't pay your bills. Only cash in hand does. Just because you are worth £100,000 in equity doesn't mean you have any cash! TRUTH: My unique method will have you generating cash instead of just equity. On the Property Entrepreneurship Course you'll learn how to turn equity into cold hard cash. Mistake # 2: Chasing hard-to-implement "No Money Down" Techniques Forget all those "no money down" schemes which many advocate. They're not what they seem. The real money is using money to make money. It can be your money if you have it but it doesn't have to be! The key is have "none of YOUR money left in" each property you buy. And there is a big difference! TRUTH: The technique I'm going to share with you is quicker, easier and much less hassle than any of those silly "no money down" techniques. I guarantee it. Which means you'll shovel a lot more cash into your pockets - with far less effort. Mistake # 3: Buying Buy-To-Let Properties which produce "wafer thin" cash-flow I am sure you have heard this concept many times. Buy a house, which costs you £700 each month to own, rent it out for £800 per month, and pocket the extra hundred every month as "profit." It's "all about cash flow," right? But there's one slight problem... What happens when the boiler packs up or the roof needed repairs? In less then a year you could end up with negative monthly cash flow. Not good is it! TRUTH: Too many people lose their shirt from the buy, hold and rental strategies because their profits are measly at best. Lets face it, they're not going to set your world on fire, right? Now when you put my unique spin on this strategy - your whole world changes. Meaning you'll make much bigger sums of money, while everyone else makes peanuts. I will show you exactly how you can make £500, £700 or even £1000 in positive cash-flow each month (… and by the way, I am not suggesting that you run bedsits or a rooming house to achieve this). Mistake # 4: Believing that making money from UK property is getting more difficult. Well if you are still trying to make money from investment strategies which delivered great results in the boom, then of course you will be finding it more difficult to make money today. During the hey day of the property boom, it was very easy to find good property deals. Back then, practically any property would make you money! If you made any investment mistakes, the rapidly rising property market would soon correct them for you. Today, the investment climate isn't like that and the margin for error is extremely small. That's why having the right knowledge and having a Proven Property Investment System is more important then ever before and is essential for success. I have been investing in property since 1990 and have invested through one full cycle of the property market. My own experience isn't just limited to making profits during the last property boom. (Quite frankly, anyone could have done that.) I have made profits in every phase of the property market cycle including during the early 1990's when the investment climate was far tougher than it is today. I know for a fact that people happily pay £4000 for a weekend seminar for far less information! The property entrepreneurship course is a no-nonsense training course at a no nonsense price. Your investment for a place on the property entrepreneurship course is only £499 for a single delegate or £599 for a couple. The property entrepreneurship course is held only once each month on a Saturday. We have no more than 36 delegates at each seminar because I don't believe large class sizes work!) Therefore, places are always strictly limited. Please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment. Many charge between £2500 and £6000 for their seminars and run them over several days. Why is your fee so low and how do you fit everything in one day?Please do not make the mistake of valuing the knowledge you will receive based on what you pay for it.
